We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, You may return it to us for a full refund/store credit / or an exchange.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Sava Healthcare Ltd.
  • Products refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Product/s from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Sava Herbals, accessible from https://www.savaherbals.com/
  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Sava Healthcare Ltd.’s Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy is subjected to fulfilment of Terms and Conditions as mentioned in Annexure 1 of this Agreement.

The following terms are applicable for any product/s that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

The deadline for cancelling an Order is within 24 hours from the time You made an order and after which no item will be entitled to cancellation. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, You must inform us of your decision by means of clicking the Cancellation of order from your registered account on ‘My account’ tab on the website.

We will reimburse You within 7-14 working days from the day on which We receive the notification of cancellation of product/s. We will use the Online mode of payment for the order and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Your Order Returning Rights

The deadline for returning an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Product/s or on which a third party You have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of return, You must inform Us of your decision by means of clicking the Return link on the website’s bar. 

We will reimburse You within 7-14 working days from the day on which We receive the returned Product/s. We will use the Online mode of payment for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Product/s to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Product/s were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Product/s are in the original packaging

The following Product/s cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Product/s is made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Product/s which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Product/s which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced Product/s may be refunded. Unfortunately, Product/s on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Rights are subjected to fulfillment of Terms and Conditions on Return, Exchange, and refund items as mentioned in Annexure 1 of this policy.

Returning Product/s

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Product/s or proof of received return delivery.

Reservation of Rights and Remedies: Except as expressly provided herein, nothing contained in this Policy or otherwise shall constitute a waiver or relinquishment of any kind by Sava Healthcare Ltd of any rights and remedies provided under Applicable Law. Unless otherwise expressly stated, nothing herein shall be deemed to limit any right of recovery that the Company has under applicable laws or any provision under this Policy.

Annexure I

Following terms and conditions will apply on Return, Exchange and refund items:

  • Product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.
  • Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page of Sava Healthcare Ltd.
  • Returns & exchange appeal is subject to thorough checking and inspection by Sava Healthcare Team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be entertaining under the exchange/returns policy.
  • Once the return / exchange request has accepted, we will process the same within 7 to 14 working days.
  • Coupons are not valid on discounted products.
  • You cannot club any 2 coupons on same order.
  • All items bought on sale are considered as final purchase – we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on sale products.
  • Kindly note that: Even though we have tried our level best to precisely show the actual color of the products, there may be a slight variation based on the operating system You are using. We cannot entertain the return / exchange requests based on the same concern.
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

o the product is not different from what was shipped to You;

o the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and accessories)

  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  • Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
  • Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.
  • If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.
  • If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, You can contact us within 7 days of the product’s delivery.
